Wendy is the managing broker at Casa Bella Realty. She has over 20 years of experience buying, selling, and managing real estate transactions in several states across the US. She is licensed in both Indiana and Kentucky so no matter which side of the river you love, she will be there with a smile to assist you.
Rob Lewellen
REALTOR + AGENT
Rob is a licensed realtor through the State of Indiana. He has been a resident of Southern Indiana for 50 years, except for the years he honorably served his country in the United States Air Force.
Through owning a local construction company for over 20 years, to volunteering his time with nonprofits in the area, he is a pillar of his community. He has vast knowledge in both building and buying homes. Rob loves spending time with his wife and children, relaxing by a campfire, and cruising down the lake.
Kaitlynn Coon
REALTOR + AGENT
Kaitlynn is a licensed realtor through the State of Indiana. She has been a strong presence in her local community working as both a Children's Director at her church, and an office manager for a local home builder. She is so excited to be turning a focus toward real estate, and is eager to walk with you through this process.
In her free time you can catch her enjoying quality time with her husband, playing with her two dogs, sipping on a good cup of coffee, and repotting her many, many houseplants.
